Lori Roeder was our agent in the beginning of 2011 when we aggressively began our search for our new home.
For a few months prior to that she assisted us with navigating the online MLS listings in order for us to gauge the market, and identify the type and location of home that we were seeking.
As we began looking at properties with Lori we were impressed with her flexible schedule and her cordial agreement to show us homes with only a couple of hours notice at times.
Her company appears to be well managed as she had another agent work with us and assist us in making a secondary offer (the property that eventually became our home) while she was on vacation. The process was shamelessness despite two people being involved.
We had made another offer on a property prior to this. Lori demonstrates excellent knowledge of the online signing process, in fact all of our offers and counter offers (there were nearly ten) were completed the same day, online, securely, making the purchasing process move incredibly fast and in an organized fashion. In fact the only time that we had to meet anyone in person to sign documents was for the escrow office. Having all the documents online, in an organized folder makes reviewing very simple. In fact Lori even sent us all the documents on a disc after the purchase was completed for our records.
Additionally, we are very appreciative of Lori's knowledge and inclusion on offers of the homeowner’s warranty, paid for by seller, to cover us for anything broken during our first year of home ownership. Though we have not employed it to date, it certainly brings peace of mind. She has a history of working this company so we are assured, should we need to make a claim and encounter any problem, that she will assist us.
Overall, Lori's assist with navigating the MLS listings, her flexible schedule to show properties, and knowledge and use of online signing made our purchase possible from about 6 weeks from when we initiated it. Of note, we both work full time and never had to take a off to purchase our home, look at properties, sign documents or complete inspections due to her flexibility.
We highly recommend Lori Roeder as a Realtor for the above reasons and examples.
